What's the magnification range?
The DigiScope™ provides an impressive 100 - 1000x magnification, making even the tiniest details come to life.
Can I take photos and videos with the microscope?
Yes, you can capture photos and record videos of your discoveries, which can be saved to the built-in memory.
What's the recommended age?
The DigiScope™ is designed with children's needs in mind and therefore easy to handle, making it perfect for young explorers ages 3 and up.
How long is the battery life during usage?
On average, the battery lasts 120 minutes per charge but it of course varies a little depending on the usage and temperature/conditions.
What's included in the package?
It includes the microscope, an additional lanyard, a usb-c charging cable and a user manual to get started.
Does it have built-in memory?
Yes, the microscope can store up to 400 photos internally before needing to transfer files to a computer or using an additional microSD card for more space.
How long will shipping take?
We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, and Germany. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support on the contact page.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes less than 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
During the holiday season our shipping times are as follows:
United States: 5-9 days
Canada: 7-12 days
UK: 6-11 days
Australia: 7-14 days
New Zealand: 7-14 days
Germany: 8-14 days
France: 8-14 days
We’ll provide the fastest possible shipping times and always process incoming orders as fast as possible but during the holiday season we don’t have influence on possible delays caused by the shipping companies. Therefore these numbers aren’t always accurate since all our shipping times are business days. (But we do ship and still process orders during the holidays!)

It weighs a little less than 300 grams.
How do I clean the lens?
gently wipe the lens with a soft microfiber cloth to keep it clean. Avoid using harsh chemicals to prevent damage.
